The welcome book had clear instructions, there were great lawn games, lots of suggestions to eat too. The icing on the cake was the welcome basket, complete with Halloween treat bag for our little one! "

"We booked a weekend away to celebrate family birthdays and were very happy to celebrate in such a special place. There was plenty of room for 11 of us (+ dog) and was a mix of modern touches and old world charm highlighting the legacy of the house. And the view of the Hudson was a highlight of our stay. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Contemporary Cozy Cottage! Very modern amenities and appliances, and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Nadia always responded promptly, and answered all of my questions. The Cottage is located close to just about everything in the Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, and Yorktown Heights area. And I would definitely recommend a short drive to the charming little town of Cold Spring which is not too far away. Thank you Nadia!"

"This multi-level house is literally right next to the water. It feels like you are hovering over the water. There are incredible views from every floor and lots of outdoor seating to enjoy every angle. Seven of us stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the long deck provides access for fishing, a boat rental, and space just to lounge. Jeany was extremely helpful and very responsive. "This is a cute apartment. It was very clean and well equipped with pretty much anything you'd need for a short stay. It was an easy drive from here to get to Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow as that is where we spent most of our time. Of note, there is an awesome little coffee shop nearby called Noble Cafe. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Found the property without issues, but parking was challenging. The parking in front was open, but stairs were dark and railing was sketchy. The tenant attached to property was polite, but could never seem to have his vehicle parked in a manner that would allow us to park in the back reserved spot.
