"We stayed at the property for our wedding recently and had 40 people in total attending the wedding, with 30 staying on site at both the chateau and gites. "The house has a fantastic pool and pool area and dining area which we all enjoyed spending a lot of time in. However, the area had a lot of mosquitoes which were problematic at night time. The listing did not say the neighbouring house had two dogs (although very lovely and friendly) which were often in the garden and we had to remove their mess a few times which wasn’t very nice. The wifi did not work throughout the house - only in the living room. We also had a problem with a bat in the attic...

"La p'tite bergerie is a beautiful gite, and has everything you need to make your stay homely and comfortable. It is set in an absolutely lovely area, very peaceful and relaxing, but is ideally located to many other towns, villages and sights this part of the Dordogne has to offer. Beatrice and Remy are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much for them, we really felt a friendship has been formed, so much so that we will be returning in December to enjoy their gite at Christmas time...can't wait!...
