I’m not fussy and let the chef cook what he had on hand, a selection of local cured meats, foie gras and crusty bread for an appetiser and an amazing dish of chicken, mushrooms and a white wine sauce. The Hotel was much bigger inside than we were expecting, but has the look and feel of a much smaller Hotel, the room was very modern, spacious, clean and comfortable.
