"The first thing you notice is that the outside of the hotel needs repainting. The second is that the old chipped bath in the ensuite needs ripping out and a modern shower is needed as you can't stand up and shower in the bath. Having said that, the rest of our stay was lovely. The hotel is attached to five acres of woods, they allow dogs to stay in the rooms, and our two Labradors loved their walks there. The swimming pool looks nice, although being February we didn't try it! The staff are...

"We stayed 4 days in this beautiful hotel, and it was amazing, since you enter through the door the staff is extremely kind. The facilities are modern, clean and beautiful, the rooms are elegant and very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. It’s close of the main attractions but at the same time far from the noise. Was very good

"Great stay. Very clean. Convenient to train station (12 minute walk). We used as our base for day trip to Lourdes. Bordeaux is a beautiful city. We did take a taxi/uber to the main city area. That is not writhing walking distance. Our room had a beautiful river view."

"We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area close to great shopping, dining, public transportation options are within a short walk. Staff was friendly, caring and helpful. Special thanks to Malika, who was very caring and helpful. Parking is available close by although it is a tight one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend highly. "
