"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The cabins are clean and efficient and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the afternoons. The staff were very friendly to us non-French speaking folks. Our major disappointment was that, although a restaurant is on the premises, we found out when we checked in that it was already fully booked for dinner both nights of our stay. "All the staff were very friendly and helpful The manager/restaurant manager was brilliant and gave us ideas for trips. Hotel is tired which was reflected in the price but we were upgraded to breakfast, lunch and dinner which was fantastic as the food was brilliant. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 4 night stay but this wasn’t a problem as we didn’t spend any time in the room although AC would have been good. The area is stunning and the people are great so overall a brilliant experience "

"Our stay was towards the end of the season: September and service stopped after lunch until 18.00 when the bar re-opened. However, there were plenty of cafes and bars on the seafront to take advantage. Built to represent an ocean liner there were plenty of long corridors and stairs, so if you wish to test your fitness here is the opportunity. Food in the buffet restaurant was very good. "Arrived earlier and sent out at 35'C despite rooms available. I came back as indicated at 4 pm. Room allocated dirty briefly not made ready. After insisting another room was provided. Staff arrogant and not helpful but not in purpose. They are like that by nature I suppose, as no apologise given."
