"At Property during low season (April) so most places were closed. Dining options are better at the marina close by. Staff is very nice and helpful but communication is slow via email or Expedia messages. If you are coming by train, make sure to make arrangements for transportation before hand as it was pretty desolate. The marina close by has options for shopping and delicious restaurants."

"We booked a room with an ocean view but our view was of the highway and the back neighbours apartment block. The hot water ran out half way through our first shower and the bathroom sink was blocked, full of water with phlegm floating in it and the dishes had put away dirty. Loud noises all night from the internal piping kept us awake. We left after one night. Very bad experience."

"This hotel is right on the sea so I would recommend taking a sea view room. They have big suits that are very spacious. We took the best room comprised of a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, living room, and media room. All of those were a decent size so it felt like living in your apartment. "Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over"
