"We liked that it was close to the train to get to Venice. Property was in a nice neighborhood, restaurants inside the hotel was handy as well As the only place in the neighborhood to eat. Staff was helpful. We didn’t like that we didnt have access to the AC and it was hot, there was a fire occurring close by, so it was hard to keep the one window open. There was some confusion on the shuttle, instead of shuttle there was a bus but was not informed until the last minute."

"Excellent location on the grand canal, there is a vaperetto station a few hundred feet away. Very walkable location. The rooms were comfortable the bathrooms are. a bit tight and the showers are quite small so if you are a larger person you might not find it to be comfortable. We loved our stay here and would certainly come back again."

"Easy access and very close when you land from the airport or by train. The staff are very nice, they let us checked in early. Then on the day of check out, you can leave your bags secured in the hotel while you explore more of Venice. They can also arrange porter service , they called a guy and came for 5 euro each bag, a big help with the venice bridges .breakfast is good as well. The room is very clean and we love the high end design of the room. No smell like old or cigarettes in their room...
