"This is a friendly hotel in a great location. Perfect for visiting Venice without getting caught up in the extreme tourist areas. Our room was small and basic, but comfortable enough, and the breakfasts kept us going for the best part of some very active days. You really are paying for the location. It's a short walk to the beach and a nice long one down the island if you're so inclined. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but be aware that some are far better than others. "Easy access and very close when you land from the airport or by train. The staff are very nice, they let us checked in early. Then on the day of check out, you can leave your bags secured in the hotel while you explore more of Venice. They can also arrange porter service , they called a guy and came for 5 euro each bag, a big help with the venice bridges .breakfast is good as well. The room is very clean and we love the high end design of the room. No smell like old or cigarettes in their room...

"In a quieter, less touristy area of Cannaregio. Hotel is really nice with a middle-eastern theme. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a really nice bathroom. Breakfast is superb. Staff is very friendly and helpful. "
