They should be able to provide some guidelines about the surrounding areas - e.g. in case of emergency they should know pharmacy, electric shop, shopping area etc. Even after asking repetedly for help and directions, the response was luke warm. Located right next to a nice forest, close to a beautiful public garden, very close to a mall with plenty of food options at food court. Very clean, and friendly, helpful staff. Easy, free parking.
