Got a food poisoning from the restaurant, probably from meat. A hint of sewage smell in the common areas. Very overprized hotel. Rooms could need upgrade. Pleasant staff, but this hotel is in my opinion not worth the prize.

The Waldorf lived up to my expectations. The staff was wonderful the concierge beyond helpful the room spotless and the food marvelous. I’ll be back.

This property has two hotels - a 5 star which is in the main historic building and a 4 star which is next door and more of a conference look - ensure you are booking the one you are intended to stay in. It is misleading when you book through Expedia. Good location if you are visiting the Palace of Versailles. You can walk right to the property from the garden gates.

The hotel is gorgeous and location is perfect if visiting Versailles. The bed very comfy! The room was spacious and comfortable. I felt the shower - hot water, shower pressure was very lacking but everything else was perfection.

Beautiful property and lovely staff. We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were great and we were very comfortable. Particularly loved the heated bathroom floor after walking all day.
