There was a slight issue with the staff trying to charge me an extra 600 euros upon check out that was never mentioned, but I assume it was a mistake or a new staff member. Over all it was a pleasant stay. "

"Very hot in the room. The air-conditioning turned to 16°C with snow symbol but the room was very hot 🔥 just like 30°C. Finally we opened few windows to cool down the room. Otherwise we couldn't sleep."

I also tried to get an additional pillow but they didn't have any available. "
