"Excellent staff and service from the moment you walk through those floor to ceiling glass doors until the moment you leave. Didn't love the shower (half door) design where water kept splashing out nor the very temperamental hot water but the rooms were spacious with connecting doors, the beds and turn down service made every night cozy and comfortable and the location simply could not be beat."

"I had a incidrnt with Stefano o e of the front desk people. First when i asked for an upgrade he said there was no disponibility with the worst attitude, later his boss Thea said there was an upgrade. The worst: he approached me because i am Hispanic and said where are you going I said to my room he said ive never seeing you here i said did you forget yesterday. He target me. All employees say his attitude is awful and even the manager Thea said he will report him. I wont let this situation go...

"Perfect hotel and previous reviews available I think are fair in a positive sense. Perfect location for the tube, small price to pay into the centre 20 mins, car parking outside the hotel within the grounds, hotel was very warm and comfortable, clean and very quiet, staff were very friendly and efficient. Not many dining options for dinner or something more special outside the hotel although more fast food options within a short ten min stroll to the nr by shopping centre. Would happily return...
