"One night stay for business. Hotel was really nice in a quaint medieval walled city. Town square full of interesting buildings & bars. Staff were friendly & helpful. breakfast was continental & plentiful. Only one problem, when I went to eat in the restaurant on the Monday evening it was closed. Town square had gone to sleep as well. I walked towards the town wall & found a gem "Ristorante Pizzeria Palio"."

"We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our bathroom was dreamy with a classic clawfoot tub and beautiful windows. Water pressure was amazing. Our room overlooked a big persimmon tree. You could also hear church bells and the roosters which made the experience. The staff was incredible and very attentive. "After 11pm we were not allowed to leave the property, we arrived 10:30 pm due to travel conditions, hungry. We were not able to go nowhere to buy nothing because they will lock the door? Dirty lobby, broken elevator, dirty room bathroom ceiling about to fall on your head. Noisy as sleeping under a bridge. Don't bother with this property, I don't know how they have the nerves to be listed as an option to stay. Expedia, you should check it too before listing."
