an OK hotel, but be careful with additional charge
The room is clean and quiet. The sound proof is not so good though. The spa facilities are very good, however, the use of the spa requires an additional charge of 20 euros and the rent of bathrobe costs 11 euros. Both of them are not specified on the booking website and the staff at the reception did not mention the additional charge. The food at the hotel restaurant is good with good service and reasonable price. Overall it is an OK hotel, with the same or slightly higher price, better hotels can be found in the area.

Purtroppo sono stato deluso completamente Le camere non rispecchiavano le foto del sito,ho prenotato una suite e nonostante questo ho dovuto pagare l ingresso alle piscine Le uscite erano strapiene di gente arrivata dall’ esterno e l ambiente si è trasformato in una sorta di piscina comunale …nella normalità le terme dovrebbero essere luogo di tranquillità e calma invece erano un disastro..lettini ammassati uno attaccato all’ altro non c era servizio di bevande al self service come tisane o altro come di solito ho sempre trovato in altre terme…c era il bar adiacente alla piscina luogo alquanto freddo…ho chiesto un paio di cuscini alla reception perché quelli in dotazione erano duri come il cemento e mi è stato detto che sarebbe stata avvisata la governante e che se ci fossero stati me li avrebbero consegnati in stanza…visto nessuno…la colazione carente e disordinata..camerieri che comunicavano tra loro a voce alta ..sembrava essere al mercato…poca professionalità…in ogni caso dovevo soggiornare x due giorni ma la sera successiva all’ arrivo sono tornato a casa..un incubo…pagando più di 500euro…non aggiungo altro… Da non tornare assolutamente….

È sporca, disorganizzata, mancanza di comunicazione. Andati per rilassarci alle terme e la piscina era fredda; percorso kneipp, nonostante fosse prevista età minima 16 anni, era affollato di ragazzini; c’era stata comunicata che il servizio colazione c’era fino tarda mattinata, alle 10 il buffet era già stato smontato e la prima colazione l’abbiamo quasi saltata, ci hanno portato due cornetti e due cappuccini (con quello che costa..); in camera avevamo il bagnoschiuma della vasca finito, c’erano ragnatele e per essere stata una suite, doveva essere impeccabile; lo sdraio che avevamo in camera era arrugginito; avevamo chiesto se la cena fosse o no inclusa nel prezzo, e non sapevano darci una risposta cambiava sempre in si o no… e molto altro..

Le piscine sono magiche, peccato però che gli ospiti d'albergo devono pagare per usarle, ecco, a noi non è sembrata una cosa giusta, visto che già per le camere il costo non è proprio una media visto che l'albergo è solo tre stelle.... Poi i nostri passaporti hanno messo in un cassetto sbagliato ed è stata una impresa tornare a riprenderli ....

Очень довольны...
Отличное месторасположение. Рядом автобусная остановка. Бассейны работают до 23 часов. Есть возможность днем поехать на экскурсии, а вечером поплавать. Самое замечательное, что есть олимпийский 50-метровый бассейн. Вечером там 2-3 человека. Завтраки нам понравились.

hotel con tante piscine tutte a pagamento a chi viene da fuori 17€ a chi ha prenotato con expedia 20€ a testa !!!!! Camere vetuste, non avevano la ns. prenotazione. Non commentiamo altro. Hotel vecchio da ristrutturate in toto.
