"To begin with the property just wasn't ready for guests. Work was still being done, trash was everywhere, and when there was the slightest stain on an already dirty bed cover, many people had no doubt left those stains and had to pay to "replace' them, but they were used over and over. The advertisement said AIR CONDITIONING but the room we booked had AC in only the bedroom. The large smart YV was in a living room with hard wooden chairs, nit cushioned like the photos. Who puts a large tv in a non air conditioned room with wooden chairs? An idiot or a liar, thats who! They argued every single point and as an example, before even trying to wash a towel, wanted to bill me to wash it. The same with the bed cover. It was very simply a scam in the midddle of a beautiful environment. The staff when i tried to leave, because i am not Vietnamese, told the cab driver not to take me. So before they even washed any items, they wanted to be paid. They had 2 cards on file, and still it was 6 of them and one of me. Ine man, the rest women. Finally my partner paid them but i assured them just like im writing this, Expedia will not pay them for the bait and switch routine. Avoid the place like the plague. Low customer service and the staff all haggling behind the management back to get paid to clean or do laundry. NOT A SINGLE HONEST PERSON there except for the night security "
