"Loved the house. There are a few repairs needed. Some of the doors stick because the house is settling. And the towel holders in the last bedroom are about to fall off of the wall. Finally, this is a very large house. Does it only have one temp zone? Besides that it was a great stay for our family of 11, and we will definitely consider staying again."

"This place was way better than I expected. The pictures don't do it justice. Very quiet neighborhood, close to everything, well appointed, the beds were very comfortable, towels were super, LOTS of room and communication with the owner was excellent. We will be staying here again when we're back in the area.We didn't get to use the pool since the weather turned super cold however, the backyard was very, very nice."

"We came to Denton for a church conference and this home was a perfect size and location for our crew. The home was very clean and had plenty of room for 5 people. The only thing I wish we had more of was parking. Other than that overall I give this stay and the host 5 stars! "

"Place was nice and new! Great quiet neighborhood. Upon arrival one bedroom light did not work. Another bedroom had a broken frame down and up propped against wall. Master bathroom closet was full of dirty sheets and comforters just thrown in a big pile. Bar stool broken and garage was filled and packed with previous guests garbage. For the price we paid for it we made do. Place was too nice to have arrived to so many uninviting flaws. All and all we had a good stay."

"Property is excellent for perfect vacation to relax and enjoy. I faced difficulty in check-in process, the gate code was not shared in advance and it was shared only after check-in time which is so bad. even VRBO couldnt help me out in this one saying the gate code will be shared by the owner. But they dont have any contact of the property owner. more over the property owner is not very responsive intime when we need the most which caused me and my friends group in a tensed situation at the time...
