This facility is in an older area, but it was very clean and appeared well cared for. The staff were courteous and helpful. They served a full and tasty breakfast. Word is out about this place because it seemed there was always someone checking in and the breakfast area had people queuing up to get their food.
Could it have been cleaner, yes! The bedding had old stains as well as the mattress. There were no bed bugs as we checked. Tbe bathroom was clean with no issues in that room. The pool was sufficient to make the kids happy.
First day of stay room smelled bad and one day cleaning staff missed cleaning my room and mentioned “we had the do not disturb sign”…..when we did not. Front desk are not friendly, checking in Clarence, was very unprofessional when I asked a question. Also when checking out, staff did not verify my check out as I was supposed to receive a receipt and nobody knew what staff was on duty at the desk.
