"We had an exceptional stay. Arrived early because we had to check out of another hotel and were given a very warm reception, welcome drinks were a lovely surprise. They agreed to take our luggage and deliver to our room once it had been prepared. We were very fortunate to be given an upgraded room with balcony which was perfect. Rooms could be better designed but there are limitations in a period mansion. Have come home relaxed and refreshed so a good trip. "
