"We had an exceptional stay. Arrived early because we had to check out of another hotel and were given a very warm reception, welcome drinks were a lovely surprise. They agreed to take our luggage and deliver to our room once it had been prepared. We were very fortunate to be given an upgraded room with balcony which was perfect. "It's on a busy restaurant street. If you are facing that road be ready for noise (either from diners / happy go lucky folks in the evening / night time as well as cleaners / garbage collectors in the morning hours. The windows don't really noise insulate well. Staff are generally friendly. Good location in old town. More of a 3* hotel than 4* but I think this star inflation is common in Malta. "

"Staffs were wonderful.. Hazel and crew. Were very nice.. However: my booked rooms roof was leaking. Second room#5 was the best. The third nights room had smells and had to climb to my sleeping area. Middle of the night had to find my way down to the washroom going steep stairwells…."
