"Rooms nice and spacious. Could use a few finer points in room. I believe they are short staffed, the housekeeper I saw on our floor seemed to be the only one handling the floor. The restaurant was very expensive $10 for the cheapest beer. We really couldn't afford to eat there"

"Location is great around the corner from Gare Central. We can take the tram directly from airport to Gare Central and walk just a few minutes to hotel. It was very nice to get our room when we got there. Breakfast is very good and the lady who runs the breakfast area was pleasant and efficient in refilling the items. Loves the fresh squeezes orange juice. "

"Super close and good value hotel. Rooms were clean and good size. Duvet was small where twin beds put together, but I had a blanket.. but saved couple hundred on booking a hotel 5 mins away. You can walk to everything from here within 10 minutes.. staff were friendly and welcoming. Didn’t eat breakfast or dinner so can’t comment on restaurant.. "

"We have stayed on many occasions so we are very familiar with the hotel. After a 6 hour drive from Como we wanted to have a meal and as we have a dog couldn't eat in the restaurant so I went down to the bar and ordered room service. "Exceptional property. Very thoughtful attention in the rooms including chocolates on the night stand every night. the housekeeping was also exceptional. Bottles of water was replaced every night. Excellent location. The concierge was very helpful for securing a reservation. "This hotel is very close to the train station which was very convenient for us! The staff were very friendly, and our accommodation met our expectation. Everything was clean and tidy, and the hotel is within walking distance of the Metz Cathedral!"

"Points très positifs: - réception ouverte 24/7 - parking aisé - confort de la literie - chambre relativement spacieuse - prix attractif Points négatifs: - énormément de poussière sur le mur au-dessus de la tête de lit (un oubli?) - paroi de douche pas assez longue/receveur de douche pas suffisamment profond - par conséquent toute l'eau coule sur le sol de la salle de bain - les vendredis et samedis soirs, le restaurant situé à côté de l'hôtel met de la musique jusqu'à 23h00 voire 23h30 - musique et vibrations qui s'entendent depuis les chambres. Ce n'est pas grave en cas d'arrivée tardive, mais cela peut être gênant pour les personnes qui veulent se coucher plus tôt. Cependant, dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel."
