"Superb property, best we have stayed in (out of six). Well equipped with everything and more you will need, plenty of plates, glasses, dishware and cookware. Proper oven. Do not be put off by the appearance from the street - the property is comfortable, spacious, peaceful and homely, with wonderful garden, terrace, and seating/relaxing areas. We are a couple and enjoyed the space. Great location, easy for Verdun, Metz, Nancy, and villages and sites along the Côtes de Meuse. Lovely walking in the...

"The gite was very well equipped and comfortable. Probably one of the best we have stayed in over many years. The surrounding countryside is variable, with flat plains , hills and lakes. If you are interested in Ww1 the preserved trenches in the area are the best I have seen. Verdun and Nancy, which are a short drive away, are both historical and picturesque."

"We had a great time staying here when we came to visit Verdun. We found the place to be very peaceful and we were able to really relax. The hostess was very friendly and was always available for our questions. We appreciated the many small details provided the hostess such as a lovely bouquet of wildflowers."

"A nice and clean cottage with a very friendly hostess. Kitchen is well equipped and suitable for 8 persons. Plenty of spoons, dishes and so on. Parking space for 2 to 3 cars. 2 separate living rooms with a lot of space, literature and games. Outside lies a terrace near a waterfall. Romantic, but a bit noisy. We were very satisfied with the cottage."
