"Spent 10 days at the villa in late August '24. The weather was excellent and the location + pool was perfect for our family. The villa is well appointed with all mod cons but the boiler did break leaving us without hot water for 24 hours. No drama and the owners responded as quickly as possible to resolve this. The only other thing to note, and no fault of the owners, was the volume of bitey insects - horseflies, mozzies and large european wasps/hornets. These would bother you constantly ...

"The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....

"The place was cute and it met our needs for my family of four. I was a little disappointed in the air conditioning because it was really just one unit on the third floor so it didn’t do much for the rest of the home. The ceiling fans were very helpful and the windows open at night made a huge difference. The lake makes it kind of chilly at night so I understand not really needing much air conditioning. "We had a great week! The property has amazing views, very rural you need a car. Herds of sheep with bells coming past our breakfast table every morning on their way to graze in the valley below. House had good air con in 2 bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Pool very refreshing. We had some problems with flies and mosquitoes and other wildlife all part of being in the countryside! But a very lovely time and a gorgeous setting."

"Amazing views and pool. Villa very clean and pool cleaned four times in our 2 week stay. Spacious villa internally and outdoor space giving both sun or shade throughout the day. Terrace is a lovely space to eat. Disappointed at lack of some essentials such as wine glasses (in Italy?), there were plenty of tumblers but no wine glasses, we bought and left a pack of three. The kitchen is functional but could do with a bit more rationalising of equipment ie loads of frying pans and only one...
