I was a little disappointed in the air conditioning because it was really just one unit on the third floor so it didn’t do much for the rest of the home. The ceiling fans were very helpful and the windows open at night made a huge difference. The lake makes it kind of chilly at night so I understand not really needing much air conditioning. "We had a great week! The property has amazing views, very rural you need a car. Herds of sheep with bells coming past our breakfast table every morning on their way to graze in the valley below. House had good air con in 2 bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Pool very refreshing. We had some problems with flies and mosquitoes and other wildlife all part of being in the countryside! But a very lovely time and a gorgeous setting."

"Amazing views and pool. Villa very clean and pool cleaned four times in our 2 week stay. Spacious villa internally and outdoor space giving both sun or shade throughout the day. Terrace is a lovely space to eat. Disappointed at lack of some essentials such as wine glasses (in Italy?), there were plenty of tumblers but no wine glasses, we bought and left a pack of three. The kitchen is functional but could do with a bit more rationalising of equipment ie loads of frying pans and only one...

I've never written a negative review before but here we go: - I sent 3 messages in the 3 days leading up to our stay with no response from Maria (no information provided regarding check-in process etc). She only got back to me a few hours before check-in time. - Check-in is advertised as 2pm and is one of the reasons we booked this accommodation as we were arriving from a long flight that morning. "Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb mit einem riesigen Grundstück mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und einem großen Pool. Die Mutter des Besitzers wohnt im Erdgeschoss und hat uns sehr nett begrüßt, aber sonst war sie sehr selten anwesend. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, hat 2 Balkone/Terrassen, Klimaanlage, die Küche ist eher spartanisch, war aber für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie nur empfehlen. "
