"El hotel está más cerca del centro de la ciudad de lo que dicen. Las habitaciones son decentes pero el servicio es muy bueno. Nos cambiaron la habitación por un problema y luego, cuando les dijimos que nos íbamos un día antes no quisieron cobrarnos la noche que no usamos. "Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial.
