They did not respect the reservation of a double room and they gave me a single, they commented that they had problems with Expedia / Oyo, which I do not agree with being the one affected and even so they did not offer any refund for changing rooms or a note of having paid in the place (they only accept cash and they wanted to charge me more than the reservation). The place in general needs cleaning in the common areas...
