As well as making our check-in smooth and effort-less he was a great source of information about the city. We often start our trips to a new city with a walking tour. Roberto talked us through all the important sights and gave us tips for restaurants and coffee shops. He was super."

"Close to busy road yet quiet. Close to different Metro stations and many restaurants and shops. Staff are very kind and professional. Good communication in English. The porter took our luggage to the taxi parked a little far from the hotel. Very helpful. Room is spacious and very quiet. Housekeeping was provided in the afternoon upon our request. We are very satisfied with the services provided. Will stay here again"
