"The hotel is in an excellent location in the old town. My room, although small, was clean. Same with the bathroom. One issue if you are in a lower floor is the noise at night from the bars/restaurants below. My only challange was the room temperature. Although the fan worked, the AC didn't. The breakfast is a good deal for the cost!"

"Close to busy road yet quiet. Close to different Metro stations and many restaurants and shops. Staff are very kind and professional. Good communication in English. The porter took our luggage to the taxi parked a little far from the hotel. Very helpful. Room is spacious and very quiet. Housekeeping was provided in the afternoon upon our request. We are very satisfied with the services provided. Will stay here again"

"A well located hotel close to the main attractions in Valladolid. Friendly staff and very clean. Loved the place. The Cathedral and University are practically next door and there are good bars and restaurants either in the main square or near to the hotel within a 5 minute walking radius."
