"Close to busy road yet quiet. Close to different Metro stations and many restaurants and shops. Staff are very kind and professional. Good communication in English. The porter took our luggage to the taxi parked a little far from the hotel. Very helpful. Room is spacious and very quiet. Housekeeping was provided in the afternoon upon our request. "The room was spacious, but does not have a window. I felt like I am a prisoner. The hotel does not have emergency exit as well. In the case of fire, you are dead. The toilet does not flush after you flushed once. You have to wait more than 15 mins. You can't escape!"

"Car parking is not on site as advertised. It is in a public carpark 2 blocks away, but €2 pn discount is given with Hotel stamp on ticket. Can drive near to front door for drop off/pick up of bags. Bland rooms contrast with the ambiance of common areas. Well located in central town for walking to tourist sites. "
