"Historic converted 15th century convent situated a comfortable walking distance from the centre of Segovia old town. Easy to find from the motorway and paid parking was a bonus and right outside of the main building. Lovely welcome from the reception staff and the public areas are well presented and comfortable. "We had a fantastic couple of days in Salamanca. Macu at the Studios was so welcoming, helpful and had great communication. Our room had been upgraded and we also received a welcome gift. The studio-apartment was really well kitted out with everything we needed for our stay. Macu's local knowledge and advice on places to visit and dine were first class and we would not hesitate to recommend Macu and her lovely studios or return. We loved Salamanca! THANK YOU!!!"

"This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. Service was great, check-in and check-out were extremely easy, breakfast buffet was good, and I'd definitely do this same place again if we ever go back to Segovia. "Very disappointed in our stay - poor start when we found the air conditioning was not available over “winter” even though it was a warm day - forced to keep the door open all night with lots of traffic noise next to a major highway. Service was poor and everything is an extra charge. Definitely a hotel past it’s best. "
