"Overall good stay for the price. The only issue was parking: there was plenty in front of the hotel, but suspicious-looking people were there all the time. So we chose to park underground nearby. We paid 70 euros for 5-day pass."

"Had a unforeseen problem with no water or functioning bathroom,were attentive and dealt with it very well .Gave me a temporary room and were great to deal with.Nice place by the ocean ,food and breakfast were decent!"

"We had just one overnight in Valencia, and looked specifically for some unit for the family of 3 close to the beach. For our purpose it turned out to be an excellent choice. It is not a luxury apartment, but very clean, easy accessible (1st floor), in the nice neighborhood and in walkable distance to the perfect beaches. We were very satisfied with our choice."

"Sabbia is a little gem of a hotel, its decor and staff and facilities are all lovely. We had a room with a sea view and hot tub, and it was delightful to have the sunrise view. The shower was powerful and hot, the hot tub was a very good one and again lovely and hot. We had robes provided and the mini bar had enough space to keep some milk or whatnot. Staff were very helpful whenever we needed them. Breakfast was great and we appreciated the early breakfast for the morning of Valencia...

"Great location, easy to get to. Close to the beach and easy to get into the main city. Breakfast was great value for money as well as evening meals, that were prepared by fantastic chefs and delivered by wonderfully helpful staff. The room was perfect for what we needed, clean comfortable with all amenities covered. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The property is AMAZING on the beach side (although it looks pretty sketchy on the front side) - be sure to get a beach view if you can… it was gorgeous! "

"We stayed in Suite number 1 on third floor. Lift or stairs to take you there. Suite had all you needed in the small kitchen area and the shower was great in the bathroom. Balcony and terrace is huge with views of the beach and the hustle and bustle. Washing line provided ( take some pegs with you). Room thoroughly cleaned in day 3 and clean supply of towels. Reception open 24/7. Very friendly staff. Useful vending machine too. Great location for local interest/beach and metro link close by for...

"This place is OK but the listing is wrong. It does not have a pool."

"The listing was deceitful it implied beach property. The area is rundown with abandoned properties all around. It is a 10 minut walk to the beach in a nasty area. The property was clean. The communications with property were via email only with responses the next day. No refund was available once we booked."

"Very comfortable apartment in great area. Easily walkable and within 7 mins of metro stop. Joan provided lots of information and directions to the apartment. "

"The apartment is clean, quiet (use the shutters) and has all you need for your stay. It is near to local cafes (try Bombo for a friendly breakfast) and bars, and the beach and beach front restaurants are within a few minutes walk. A great bonus is the bus stop into the centre which is almost outside the front door. Use the EMT Valencia App to avoid waiting. Christof was a very helpful host. "

"The food was nice, was good to have bacon and good quality mini sausages. The scrambled eggs were nice too, and the hotel is really pretty. In particular the breakfast area is the best I've seen in a long time!"

"When we got to the hotel there was no one at the door to pick up our luggage. So we have to carry 25 kgs bag up 8 stairs. The check in was busy but it move fast. Our check in officer Elena made our day more comfortable. Throughout our stay we consider Elena a super star for all the work and help that she does for the hotel clients. The room was beautiful but a little small in space for our bags. The area for improvement is the bar service. We have to go to the bar two times to ask for service including for paying. We waited 1/2 hour for service which is no acceptable. Management take note on your super star Elena. She made our stay great including reservations for the new years activity. "
