It is not luxury but neither is the cost soooo….i had to consistently park the car down the street (dropped my disabled husband off in driveway) but i felt safe walking, it was well lit. Questions that i had were answered quickly. The house was conveniently located for who we were visiting and getting on freeways."

"The place was entirely redone and nice, but it didn’t have shower curtain rods upon arrival. It took 2 days to get those in. We bought one out of fear of causing damage. Really not a big deal. The internet never worked well and the stove didn’t work at all. The unit doesn’t have a microwave which may not have been listed, but definitely a necessity for us. Communication with host was inconsistent, especially after an incident where the police were called supposedly to that unit. We were out of...

"This is our second stay at the property. This time was as good as the first, especially since we had to arrive very late 2330 hours and had no difficulty getting in. Second, we were able to actually meet Debbie and her K9 companion, who were very welcoming!! We spend time in the area regularly and look forward to staying there i the future!!"

"The space was beautifully decorated and located in a quiet area of Simi Valley. The check-in process was very problematic for me. The extra information requested by the management company didn’t prompt me for a credit card and therefore delayed my process of checking in by four hours. Also, two of the smoke alarms beeped for 7.5 hours before the property manager took care of it. Very disruptive for someone trying to work in another one, trying to recuperate from surgery."
