"Clean and modern. Easy self-checkin. Good communication by property. Convenient to metro. Common area kitchen is very convenient with fridge and microwave. It is smaller than standard hotel rooms — I had to turn sideways to reach my side of the bed — so I would recommend just for singles for short term stays. "

"The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in."

"We were tourists in Madrid, and this place was perfect for us. It's an apartment with full kitchen access, and our room had a private bath (not all rooms do). Beautiful setting, quiet, great wi-fi (better than in 4 and 5-star hotels we stayed in on our tour) and excellent TV service. There's a grocery store about 4 blocks away. There is no office, so when you arrive, you have to call the manager and tell him you're there. He came in about 10 minutes, and we never saw him again, although I'm sure...
