"Loved being here! 14 hummingbirds! The house was stocked with things we needed and even more like hummingbird feeders! We loved listening to the river flow! The weather is amazing! Trails to hike just up the road. 20 minutes to Taos, an hour drive to Red River! Spent each day in a new place doing something amazing! "

"To be able to stay in a chalet right at the base of our favorite mountain was amazing! You are across the street from everything. The chalet was well stocked and had plenty of room for all of us. It was great to sit in the hot tub with a view of the mountain. We would definitely consider staying again!"

"The property occupies one half of a ski lodge (the other half was vacant during our stay) a 60-second walk to the ski lift and Bavarian Lodge restaurant/bar. The location was excellent and we barely touched our big rental vehicle during our trip. The property was as described and we found it clean and move-in ready. "We are very familiar with Earthships and love the earthy nature of the Dobson Earthship in Taos. The road to the 6,000 sq. ft. Earthship was dirt. warn and rutted by their recent torrential rains. Our all wheel drive was sufficient to navigate the several miles of dirt roads. The host, Brenda is wonderful and very knowledgeable about Michael Reynold's architecture. "This was a small but cozy studio room (bed and living area combined) which was perfect for my wife and I. The heat worked well (we experienced Taos's first major snowstorm of the forthcoming winter season) and the bathroom was perfectly acceptable. Mini frig. and small coffeemaker were great to have. Within walking distance of the Plaza. All in all, a wonderful visit!"
