"5-star facade with 2-star service and condition. The lobby is beautiful and the room sizes are large (2 bathrooms, a sitting room, and bedroom). However the condition was poor. Our sheets were dirty upon arrival, which they did change (to clean but stained sheets). My mother's room had mold in several places, including the mattress. They reluctantly changed her room. "Paid for family room-2 bd but was given separate rooms and the receptionist was rude to my cousin when she asked for clarification. Card payment machine was not working and insisted on cash payment on the spot. No deposit was needed. Had to make a stern statement to change our room to the one we booked and the receptionist showed unsettled face. Ambiance was good. Breakfast was poor with limited menu. I(We) wil not return again.
