"The hotel was located within easy walking distance to the station and had a supermarket opposite which was great. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very straight forward and not much choice. We only really slept and used minimal facilities. But the staff let it down on arrival. Rude and dismissive as soon as i tried checking in when speaking English. Almost walked out and go elsewhere but due to only using it to sleep and have breakfast. "Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. "I don't understand it, but Everytime and takes two events together... There are empty rooms, but will put everyone together. I don't understand it, have 50 empty rooms, but will put next person right next to me. For housekeeping? You mean the ones that go up and down the halls anyway? Never mind the customers.
