"Really warm and informative welcome on arrival at 23:00, then moved us into superior rooms as they were available next to each other and we were travelling with two youngsters. Nalik the night manager was super helpful with travel advice throughout the weekend. Very good breakfast too, "

"It was close transport and in a good location for shops, restaurants. The single bed in the rooms mattress was really noisey and uncomfortable. So we complained and was then quickly allocated another room without any problems."

"The property is beautiful- old charm. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The provided water kettle and coffee/tea are appreciated. It can be noisy due to the nearby bar and some homeless people sleeping very near the hotel."

"You get what you pay for, including the attitude from couple of staff!! Majority of staff were really nice but you remember the obnoxious one! The two executive rooms I took were quite big and were maintained very well. The breakfast was good too. Loved it! Probably I should have read the description better, I was expecting atleast a water kettle and tea facility in the room. "
