"Staff was friendly although didn’t offer much in the way of helpful advice or suggestions .Room was quite modern and clean. Breakfast was mediocre and some details were lacking: Many of the “clean” plates at the breakfast buffet were dirty with stuck-on food. Town had very limited things to see and do. There were a couple good dining options, but not many during early season."

"Beautiful hotel in a wonderful peaceful setting about a ten minute shuttle to San Gimignano. High end restaurant was wonderful but pricey so for the second night we ate in the lobby restaurant. Highly recommend this oasis. "

"In a great location, with very easy check in and knowledgable staff. Reccommendations given for food and drinks and even a wine tasting- the lady couldn't be happier to help. Room had everything we needed, towels, toiletries, wifi and hairdryer. Spare pillows and blankets. Room also had a feidge, but no drinking water. Perhaps a little dated and no warning signs of steps or low celings! Overall, for a budget hotel it was perfect!"
