"The property is very nice and they keep it super clean. The only issue I had was with regards to parking. The maximum time you can park is 2 hours, so i got a ticket for going over the time. To make matters worst, itwas supposed to be free parking on Sunday, but when I got up they were towing all the cars. Thankfully, my car wasn't towed but I got another ticket. When I talked to the manager, all he said was that he got a note to remove the cars from the street on Sunday, but he never...

"This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "

"The proprietor Manfredi was very accommodative, informative about the area and even gave us a tour of the property. The room was exceptionally clean, and with a car only about 2-3 minutes from San Gimignano. The property affords great views of the Tuscan landscape."

"This B&B is a little gem! The views of the town are stunning. The grounds are gorgeous and I could have spent all day sitting around drinking wine in the garden. The breakfast was delicious. Plus the location is perfect. It is outside of town so you don't have to deal with the craziness of people coming to visit all day but you can easily walk to the center for dinner/drinks. This is a great place to stay!"

"The owners are amazing. The room was clean, the breakfast was always fresh and homemade. We used the covered outdoor seating area every afternoon to enjoy a bottle of wine and take in the SPECTACULAR view. "This is a beautiful hotel with beautiful views and a great location. The owner and staff are wonderful and accommodating. We arrived in the heat of August and our first room would not cool down. The owner moved us to another room with a better air conditioner fairly quickly and was so kind. Breakfast was wonderful - one of the best we had in Italy! This hotel is close to some of the best restaurants as well."
