The key was left in the door for me, my room has everything I needed, clean, comfortable bed, shower, but best of all it was SUPER quiet, I slept very well. " Simoni was the perfect host. Authentic, warm and welcoming. He was very attentive and truly wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He made a wonderful Tuscan breakfast with fresh pastries he had picked up on the way over in the morning. Parking and Netflix were added bonuses. We loved the shower and my wife said it was the best shower she had after 2 weeks in Italy! He has a private patio for relaxing outside. Great location for exploring Tuscany. "

"This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there.
