"Stuff are very helpful and friendly.Room 44 it’s now my favourite room in this hotel. Specious, comfortable beds with a view. Breakfast every morning was a selection of fruits, homemade muffins, and more. Short walk to the main shopping area and market. Will recommend this hotel to anyone. Awesome value for money. 🙏"

"From the moment we arrived we were treated as VIP especially with my elderly mum. The rooms were very spacious & clean. The outside shower was awesome & had hot water. The small kitchen was excellent & had a microwave & fridge. The staff were excellent especially Mau who makes a mean strawberry daiquiri 🔥 The restaurant was great also with their meals & was well priced. "The Lava Hotel is lovely place to stay. The Staff is welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The food is delicious. There is live entertainment on certain days. The location is in a village which gives the atmosphere you would want when trying to be absorbed in the Samoan culture. From the island’s warm breeze to its beautiful surroundings, you would be transported to tranquility. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers looking for authenticity. "

"Obviously new rooms but amenities were still being developed. Great staff make up for this. Found both service charges and rooms quite pricey after being in Kuala Lumpar 5 Star hotels and were a lot cheaper than Sheraton Aggies. Found booking by internet Expedia cheaper than if you book by telephone or locally. At least a third cheaper, I asked they couldn’t explain why?"
