"A lot of potential and room for improvement. When staying with my partner and son the road is very bumpy and it’s a long drive from the main road so have a car handy. The staff need training in customer service as well. When we ordered dinner there were things on the menu that weren’t available and they charge $12 for 1L of water. The pool wasn’t cleaned. There were plumbing issues as well as from out bathroom to outside hallway smelt like sewage and waste. Breakfast said it started at 7 however...

"Spent an amazing few nights at Faofao fales. The fale is right on the beach and a great place to relax. The family that run these fales are very friendly and beautiful hosts. "The property was perfect for us. Good sized rooms each with aircon. Living area was nice and big as well. The property hostess was helpful and always available when we called for instructions on how to get to the home, as well as accomodating our needs, for example the fridge was not working. We called her and a replacement fridge was organised straight away. I would highly recommend this service and will look to book again if ever in Samoa again."
