"The staff were very kind and accommodating. I booked a couple nights at the last minute to avoid a storm before the Thanksgiving holiday. Vail doesn’t quite open up until after this holiday but they were still well staffed and able to help me. Overall my stay was great as I was only there to work from the hotel room. It was mostly quiet except when someone was walking down the hall in ski boots. Luckily that was not all day. The room was non smoking but had the distinct scent of marijuana...

"Amazing place, especially for the price. Right next to the shuttle to Beaver Creek. Super quiet and well insulated. Breakfast was excellent, and the lobby is a wonderful place to hang out. Free hot chocolate and soup gives the place a B&B feel. They were always stocked on coffee -- it really feels like how hotels used to be. This place makes me want to try other comfort inns. 10/10 would absolutely make a point to come back, and I say that about very few hotels. "
