"Great stay, clean, friendly & nice amenities HOWEVER, they charge $30 a night for parking, which was not disclosed up front in my reservation nor when I checked in. I don't appreciate "sneaky" fees. Additionally, there is no reason to charge that amount for parking (since nothing is around the hotel) except to recoup costs for the electric charging stations they put in (& that I didn't use). They never asked what vehicle I drove or took a plate#... will be disputing since I shuttled in. "

"Our go to resort in Vail on a yearly basis. The hotel is great and the hotel staff is amazing!! Just the ski store that is in the hotel and connected to it called TRUENORTH has a manager and an assistant manger who were despicable racist people. It is a shame that they have these people deal with children passing through the store all day (as it a mandatory passage way to get into the hotel). They are rude abrasive racist individuals. "

"We had a large bedroom condo with 3 balconies and amazing views of the mountains. Our room was cleaned everyday. We had complimentary rides to and from anywhere in the village. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived we were greated with hot chocolate and pastries. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We had the convenience/amenities of staying in a hotel with the space of a condo. I was very sad to leave, we had the best time!"

"The owners are exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this property and visiting with them and the other guests over breakfast. We found them to be kindred spirits. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The shared portions of the house were welcoming and expansive. Our breakfast was delicious and was even customized a bit to fit a special request. We travel this way often and will definitely be back. "
