"The room was nice and not too crowded with 3 beds, staff was great and very helpful, check in no problem. Bathroom was nice and clean with a small but adequate shower. Parking was not too bad it's a 10min walk to the Property, and a major train station was about 10min walk. Restaurants, Architecture was everywhere, close to all major tourist sites. The area is busy and there was street noise almost all night. "

"The staff members were friendly, spoke great English and provided bag check service after our stay ended. They also gave us restaurant suggestions and let us know where to do laundry. The suite itself was straightforward and everything in the listing was as such during our stay. Note there is a key for the elevator and a key for the suite itself. We found that the keys were not the easiest to use during our stay. Florence is a very walkable city and our location was around a 20 minute walk on...

"This was a very cool old building in a perfect location- 4 minute walk to Duomo. It reminded us of staying in an old mansion. The rooms were large and the patio was great. The only negative I would say is that it is very sparse for such a beautiful building. Just adding a few more touches would make it seem perfect. "
