"The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. Dont hesitate to stay here!

" The most awesome part of the hotel was the staff. The night staff, Michele and his assistant, were incredibly helpful with our questions about the rail systems. This was our first experience with swiss railways and they were patient and helpful with each of our inquiries. The location could not be more convenient to the rail station and restaurants. "

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at.The staff are outstanding. Polite, helpful with excellent English but prepared to humour my attempts at speaking French. The room was wonderful with an incredible view across the lake to the mountains. The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the eggs Benedict cooked to order. The spa was good too. I could not recommend more"
