"The property’s location is terrible. Directly across the street is a vendor that plays music waaay too loud for 6am. The music blasted all day and competed with the coffee shop’s music. Getting to our room was scary, a dirty outdated mess with construction/renovation obviously in progress, and made me really worry my room might be awful. Then the door code didn’t work. My phone has no service inside or outside not sure why, so I couldn’t call or text anyone, but I connected to the Wi-Fi easily and emailed from my phone. "Very convenient booking and checkin, hot water, WiFi, really just needed a place to sleep after snow boarding. Awesome restaurant on first floor but not part of lodge. It would be nice if they offered specials for guests staying at lodge. Parking lot could be maintained better, with fresh layer of gravel and trash pickup. Lodge in need of renovation, but that is expected of a NM wore out ski town."

"Our stay was not great… the location of the property is phenomenal with a great sunrise view. Unfortunately everything else lacked, the walls are very thin, the electric lock does not lock well, the fire sprinklers are taped over, the refrigerators, both stunk, our towels were not clean. I’m sure there’s more I could list, the unit needed some TLC to make it a good stay. The customer service was also great!"
