"Our stay was towards the end of the season: September and service stopped after lunch until 18.00 when the bar re-opened. However, there were plenty of cafes and bars on the seafront to take advantage. "All the staff were very friendly and helpful The manager/restaurant manager was brilliant and gave us ideas for trips. Hotel is tired which was reflected in the price but we were upgraded to breakfast, lunch and dinner which was fantastic as the food was brilliant. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 4 night stay but this wasn’t a problem as we didn’t spend any time in the room although AC would have been good. The area is stunning and the people are great so overall a brilliant experience "

"The location is good however the place is in very poor condition. Everything is very old and run down. The selection for breakfast is poor. Our stay was way over priced for what we got. They don’t clean the rooms or leave any cleaning products. They don’t give you pool towels. The common areas are old and dirty. Overall is is very expensive for what you get."

"The location is amazing, very peaceful, surrounding villages are stunning, overall a great location. The hotel, though, was quite old and run down. We booked as thought to be family and child friendly but it seems more targeted for senior visitors. The swimming pool was a good surprise, nice and big, perfect for the hot weather. The main problem was lack of air conditioning, it was a very hot day/night, making it impossible to sleep with the heat. "

"The bathrooms and all public toilets were really unclean and smelly. Everything else was good. The food on our last evening however must have been out for several days as the bread was rockhard and the salads were dry- maybe had been out at lunchtime then put out again. No need for rubbish bread in France!!"
