"We were only there for one evening. We arrived after hours and called the after hours number. We were given very friendly guidance on our check in. My husband used the pool and enjoyed it. Other guests had a fire going in the fire pit and welcomed us to join. Very nice indoor and outdoor space. Excellent kitchen with everything we would need if we were to cook. The room was clean, newly remodeled and very nice. Breakfast at The Perfect Cup in Matlacha was excellent with friendly, small town cafe atmosphere. Loved every minute of our short stay!"

"We stayed a week and loved it! The pool is a little smaller than we thought but still big enough and fun! There was tons for the kids to do and we had fun fishing off the back and using the kayaks! The location was perfect for us! There was construction nextdoor but it didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay again! The hosts were very responsive as well! Overall a great stay!"

"My family and I really enjoyed this property. From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. The beds, pillows and blankets all felt new and clean. Our kids loved the pool and going out on the dock to look for fishies. The location was great too! Close drive to Punta Gotda Downtown and airport. But away enough for peace and calm. We really loved it here and would gladly come back again!"

"Our family had a great stay. The house is spacious and impeccably clean, and the kitchen is well appointed for any kind of cooking you might want to do. The pool with a fountain water feature was an excellent touch. We spent many afternoons by the pool, relaxing and reading. The location is great - just a few turns from the county marina, which has excellent access to the canals. We will definitely stay again!"

"The place was perfect for our family. Private, quiet, secluded and in a great central location for Pine Island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was in great condition and we were also able to use the provided bikes, kayaks, grill, and ither amenities. Hosts were great and were available as needed but also gave us our space and privacy"

"Golf group of eight had zero issues with this beautiful house and property. Plenty of space, and what a gorgeous space it is. The bedrooms are large, kitchen/family room inviting and warm. The pool area is unbelievable. Everything you need for a great vacation is here. Communication with our hostess was a breeze and she was on top of everything. Location is peaceful and quiet yet close to everything; golf, stores, restaurants and bars. Best bargain we’ve found in a long time. We shall return!"

"Everything was wonderful. The place was exactly as advertised . we had an issue with the air conditioning the owner came that day and it was fixed the next day . The main shower was perfect and loved the pool . Would recommend the place really enjoyed our month there . "
