"We had an excellent 42 day stay at the Waterfront Villa.We travel to the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area every January-February. This was our first stay in this home. We were 100% satisfied with the home and Jana, our wonderful host. We could not be more pleased.Check in communications were excellent. Jana met us at the home and gave an overview of the home and instructions on the pool/spa. The home was clean and well stocked when. Our kids spent 2 weeks with us in the home. The home handled all six of us very well. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool and spa were great. There home is in a very nice neighborhood in the Burnt Store area. There are vacant lots on both sides which provided a little extra privacy. The pool overlooks a large portion or the canal system and the pier on the canal was great for morning coffee and quiet sunsets. We enjoyed a lot of time in the pool and on the pier. There was also a grill which was used several nights. We travel with a dog. The neighborhood was great for long walks with little or no traffic. There were a lot of walkers in the neighborhood. We felt very safe here. There were four kayaks and two bikes in the garage which we did not have time to use. The garage was a great place to store our motorcycle and motorcycle trailer during our stay. The location provides easy access to the Cape Coral area and places to the north. Plenty of stores for food and supplies within a few miles. "

"This house has all the amenities one could dream of having in a vacation home. It was very spacious, decorated to the nines, and lovely furniture. Communication with the hosts was always wonderful and in a timely fashion. We would definitely recommend staying in this house if you’re fortunate enough to find an opening! "

"House was in a quiet neighborhood where you can take a walk if you need to. Quick drives to food and golf. Was a bit of a drive to the beach but getting around is fairly easy in this area. Place had a hot tub and a small patio to soak up the sun. House was clean and host was very receptive to messages. Thanks for the great stay!!"
