"We used this a our main base for touring the Netherlands. It was near Amsterdam, slept 7 easily, roomy enough for us all. It was tough to speak with anyone with the accomodation before we got there as to how each room was stocked. Lots of dishes and cutlery. Nice and close to Volendam to walk into town and stroll. If we go back would use again. "

"We loved EVERYTHING. Friendly and useful staff, beautiful and peaceful surroundings, the cottage was spacious and clean, and supplied with sufficient equipment (including a recent dishwasher and quite comfortable beds). Only 20 minutes away from Amsterdam if you fancy a visit , but Volendam itself is definitely worth exploring. We highly recommend this place ."

"Amazing location in a gorgeous part of Edam. The property owner was very kind, generous and friendly. But the property is much smaller than photos suggest. It needs a great deal of maintenance to modernise and make safe all aspects of it. It was not clean… the toilet was disgusting and the shower room not as clean as we would have hoped. "So eine nette Vermieterin! Und das Häuschen war einfach nur klasse. Richtig schön eingrichtet und ein Garten dazu. Und wirklich nur 2 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir hatten leider sehr schlechtes Wetter und waren umso dankbarer, dass wir so ein gemütliches Haus hatten. Kann ich einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Absoluter Daumen hoch von mir"
